feature a hot bonded sandwich panel
construction. The core is 
polyurethane slab. Kiln dried epoxy coated oak stringers 
serve as the thermal barrier. Extruded aluminum 
structural elements are availablefor mechanical
connections. The panels are hot bonded with epoxy 
adhesives. The facing andinternal panels are of 
smooth aluminum. All corners contain polyurethane 
foam to fill up any voids and reinforce and seal 
the body at sensitive points. Matting insulation 
against electrification can be installed.
